What comes with the Audio Guest Book?
Our Audio Guestbook comes with your choice of Matte Black or Creamy Beige Vintage Phone, Dedicated Station, and Signage.
When will I receive the recordings?
Recordings will be sent via email 48 hours after your event.
How will I receive the recordings?
You will receive a download link for your audio gallery and another link where you can listen to your messages online.
Does the Audio Guest Book need to be plugged in?
No, it doesn’t. We fully charge the phones before your event and is able to last for hours by itself.
Can I hear the recordings if there’s loud music on the background?
Good news, yes you can! Our phones have a noise-cancelling technology that allows guests to record their messages crisp and clear, while the background noise is reduced.
Does the recordings expire?
We currently don’t have an expiration for them but we highly recommend downloading the recordings within 30 days once you receive it from us to make sure you have your copy.
Do we need to place the audio guest book near the photo booth?
To ensure maximum usage, we recommend placing the audio guest book near the photo booth so our team can monitor the phone and encourage guests to leave a message.
